• “Post-paid Card”- Set a volume/amount limit on it; you are invoiced for only what you consume.

• “Pre-paid card” – Agreed amount is loaded; you pay for this amount whether used or not. The unused credit belongs to you and can be transferred to another Card.

• “Total Gift Card”-Specially designed to make gift-giving easier. Pre-loaded with specific amounts. Can be used for Marketing Promotion Giveaways, Rewards, and as Gift item on special occasions

• “B2C Cards”- Prepaid cards which are activated on request by the customer at any Total Station and with a minimum of Ghc20. It attracts an automatic bonus on every re-charge.

The Total Card can be used at all Total Service Stations nationwide.

• The Card can be customised for individual users.

• The Card can be restricted to a specific product type.

• The Card can be restricted to a particular station or group of stations

• The Card can be restricted to purchase only at set intervals e.g. once a day/week/month

• The Card can be restricted for use by a particular vehicle by tagging it.

• A mileage control function can be activated on the Card to track consumption per kilometre.

• Driver codes can be activated in addition to the Card PIN to track multiple users of one vehicle.

• FCC communication system which links the pump delivery of fuel to the Electronic Payment Terminal (EPT) and therefore eliminate possible errors or manipulation of figures by station staff.

It can be changed at any time at a Total Station near you or at the Total Head office in Accra or any of the Total Area Offices at Kumasi/Takoradi/Tamale.

• Do not disclose your PIN Code to another person.

• Always keep the PIN code away from the Card.

• Keep the Card number and the name used to register for the Card. You need these to report a missing Card.

• Contact the Customer Service Centre at Total Head office to have the Card blocked immediately.

• Request for a Replacement Card.

• You need to identify your Card number or the name used to register for the Card.

NO. The information is intact and can be retrieved and transferred to a Replacement Card after 3 days after blocking the Card.
